Hello! I am a current middle school Science teacher here in the state of Virginia. I received both my Bachelors and Masters from James Madison University. Although I am licensed in Science, I have a huge passion for Math as well. I look at a math problem as a Rubix Cube or puzzle that needs to be solved. I loved math so much in school that I finished all my college accredited math courses before graduating high school. I have taught 7th,8th, and 9th grade students in Science, as well as helped 10-12th grade students study for upcoming subject tests. One of my major goals as an educator is to try and make Math and Science not as "gross" as students say it is. I also strongly believe in helping students advocated and develop skills for themselves so they can have an easier time transitioning into a young adult.
