I am a recent graduate of Macalester College. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a concentration in Critical Theory, while also pursuing the pre-medical track. Given my background in both STEM and the Humanities, I tutor many subjects, but I am probably most passionate about Chemistry, Math, and English. It is particularly rewarding when some complex chemistry problem suddenly snaps into clarity. As for my approach to education, well it can be summed up in the words of Mark Twain: "I have never let schooling get in the way of my education." School can be really hard, and things aren't always taught in a way that make sense to every student. But just because one approach to teaching hasn't worked for you, doesn't mean you are unteachable. There are many paths to the summit, let's find yours.
