If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough. -Albert EinsteinAfter completing 4 years of work experience as a business valuation analyst and level 3 of the CFA program, I have taken some time to travel (before Covid) and begin teaching online. My expertise is in options, futures, forwards, swaps and other financial derivatives, which I studied both at Middle Tennessee State University and the London School of Economics. I gained valuable tutoring experience in university after being offered a position in the finance lab as a head tutor, and have since found that those skills have translated well to helping business students thrive at Varsity Tutors. While I also tutor other subjects including Spanish and College English, I have found working with professionals seeking designations or motivated college business students looking to get ahead to be a great fit for me. I now work in business development for a venture capital firm whose operators have created over $3.0B in exit value. I help make sure capital flows to the best and brightest entrepreneurs, and that risk-seeking investors are properly rewarded for their bets. I look forward to helping you advance.
