I am applying to be a part of Varsity Tutors because tutoring is a passion of mine. Watching the "aha" moment happen when my students begin to understand a concept, or seeing a person succeed through my support and guidance is incredibly rewarding! My professional tutoring experience began in a college math lab built for students with learning disabilities or whose second language was English. Together we would overcome these hurdles so that my students could gain confidence in themselves and reach their higher education goals.
