I love learning! I've moved around a good bit and the best thing about it is meeting new people, seeing new places, and learning about the culture and my surroundings.

I earned my B.S. in Business Management & Marketing in 2015 with a 3.9 GPA and attended the majority of my courses online. I am an Assistant Project Manager that works remotely so I'm comfortable with online engagement in both a working and learning environment. In my role, I am responsible for orientations and training materials for team members, as well as their continued growth and productivity improvement.

I currently have two dogs and one cat, so they keep me on my toes! My hobbies are shooting pool, baking & decorating cakes, watching the Green Bay Packers football team, and anything that is crafty or creative.

I was the captain of a pool league team that contained a variety of skill levels. Our team goal was to win the championship for the chance to play in the national tournament held every year in Las Vegas. My goal for the team was to increase their skill level and confidence to improve our chances of achieving the team goal. Over the course of 3-4 years, my team won the opportunity to play in the city tournament five times out of eight. They improved as individuals because I coached them in the manner in which they learned best.

I'm a regular person that still gets butterflies on things that are "firsts" such as public speaking, meeting new people, and learning or teaching someone/something new. But the trick is to embrace those butterflies as if you're on your favorite amusement park ride -- it's exciting and scary at the same time.

My favorite motivational quote for getting through the scary stuff is, "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger." So if I'm not dead yet, there must be quite a bit of truth in that statement!
