Hi there! My name's Tara, and I'm a graduate of the University of Arizona (B.A., German Studies; Min. Intercultural Studies, 2016). My emphasis was on literary translation and literary analysis, and I also enjoyed many hours of pedagogy and language acquisition-related coursework. Since graduation I've worked on several projects as a political consultant, specializing in communications, finance, and strategic planning. I have a passion for working with students to find creative ways to mater challenging material. Especially when it comes to language arts and composition, I believe that it's possible for any student to conquer the task in front of them, whether it's a test, a difficult research project, or a tough essay.
