As a New York City Special Education Teacher for 20 plus years, I have taught students with various disabilities. I believe in making learning fun and teach to the student. Through my years of teaching I learned if a student has a poor self-esteem; learning will be difficult for him/her. My student will learn four little words during their first session ''I CAN DO IT!!!" My lessons are planned, organized and activities are carried out to meet their needs. After each session I discuss the student's progress with their parents.

Teaching Philosophy:
I am a strong believer that all students are individual and everyone learns in their own unique way. I use multiple methods of teaching (visual, auditory and kinesthetic) to reach my student.
