About Me

I am a professor and former dean at a university. I am also an editor for student papers. I have a degree in BS in Life Sciences, MBA with Business Administration emphasis and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership. I have been teaching for over 20 years and worked as a Dean for 15 years. I love teaching because I know how hard it can be being a student. Over the years, I have learned how to help others learn effectively. Most importantly students need encouragement and motivation to stay focused. I have also presented workshops and presentations at national conferences that emphasis on student retention in school. I train other teachers to be effective educators. I would love to have the opportunity to add your name to my success stories. Besides my professional life, I do have a very fulfilling personal life. I love to travel (domestic and international), I have a passion for cooking, reading, and the outdoors. I have two college aged daughters that live with me. One will be graduating this summer with her BS and the other just started her nursing prerequisites courses.
