I minored in Neuroscience at the University of Pennsylvania and am comfortable tutoring introductory biology, neuroscience, psychology, and chemistry classes, and some upper level classes, such as autonomic physiology.
I have a BA in Music Theory and Composition from UPenn and am a proficient writer and reader. I consider myself a competent tutor when it comes to writing and editing essays, research papers, and presentations. I am also skilled in tutoring reading comprehension.

I received a 2300 (1520) on my SATs and a 34 on my ACTs. I am well versed in these standardized tests and can teach students how to use their time effectively, how to look for trick answers, and what to do if you simply don't know the answer. I am also an excellent reading comprehension tutor and am very comfortable teaching standardized test math questions.
My weighted GPA in high school was a 4.3, so I am very comfortable tutoring high school biology, US and European History, and English (language and literature). I am completely prepared to tutor middle school students, and have been doing so for several years. I can also work with younger children if they're having trouble in Elementary school!
