Education: Florida Metropolitan, University of Phoenix, Hillsborough Community College, Currently, enrolled at Northern Arizona University. I hold a BS in Business Management am working towards my Masters in Elementary Education with a focus on Reading with fifteen Credit hours completed. Certified in ESE and Reading, however have over two years experience teaching Intensified Algebra, Math for College Readiness and Liberal Arts. I have thirteen credit hours in math coursework. I have tutored math for two years at Lennard High School, Ruskin, Florida and have experience tutoring in reading. I have a passion for reading and my hobby is writing, where I have completed three novels, Historical Fictions. I have a lot of patience in my teaching style and believe in positive reinforcement. Student need to build confidence in their problem solving and reading abilities and I guide them to do so. I also enjoy spending time with and tutoring my own grandchildren. My ten-year-old granddaughter was living with me until recently and still spends weekend with me. She is my passion.
