I am a current 4th year student at Virginia Commonwealth University working towards my Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology and Chemistry while also pursuing a Medical school education in the near future. VCU is known to be one of the most diverse school on the east coast and because of that I have been expose to a wide variety of students with different learning styles and goals. Recently, I completed a semester as a tutor for Genetics. This experience taught me the patience and persistency needed to have a successful tutor and student relationship, while maintaining a relaxed environment.
I am full Ecuadorian and moved to the US in 2007. Because of this, I am also fluent in Spanish and thoroughly enjoy tutoring people whether it be just conversational practice or practicing strict grammar rules. In my spare time, I practice one of my passions which is the guitar and stay active by going to the gym.
