Teaching is more than simply conveying information from one person to another, it's about building skills, harnessing thought, and opening the world. I teach because I love learning.

I am an adjunct professor for a small private regional university and teach in the area of government and management. I have a masters degree in public policy from the University of Northern Iowa and a masters degree in business administration from Texas A&M. I also hold a bachelors degree in political science.

I have worked in the public and non-profits sectors for the majority of my professional life, mostly in city government and community development.
