Teaching is my passion. I have more than 25 years of ESL teaching and helping people improve their English skills in any possible way. I am very patient and outgoing. I love meeting new people and exchanging ideas . I love art , music , dancing and all things that are positive in life. My classes are fun and entertaining!

What is your teaching philosophy?
Teaching is an exchange, and it has to come from the heart. It should be fun and exciting. I have learned a lot from my students. They motivate me to improve and innovate.

Get to know each other, learn what the student goals are and how we can achieve them together.

By providing them with tools and techniques that they can apply on their own.

By being creative and innovative by adapting to the student's preferences and styles of learning.
If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?
Try to understand what the difficulty is, and find new strategies to teach such skill.
How do you help students who are struggling with reading comprehension?
Have them start with simple books and try to build their confidence.
What strategies have you found to be most successful when you start to work with a student?
Being myself and keeping realistic goals with my students.
How would you help a student get excited/engaged with a subject that they are struggling in?
I would try anything and everything to motivate a student to learn.
What techniques would you use to be sure that a student understands the material?
I use repetition, asking questions, quizzes, and daily observations.
How do you evaluate a student's needs?
By talking to them and evaluating their performance each class.
How do you adapt your tutoring to the student's needs?
I am very flexible and adaptable to any situation.

I used everything from books, websites, media, and my own creations.

By cheering him on and guiding him.
