What is your teaching philosophy?
Teaching is an exchange, and it has to come from the heart. It should be fun and exciting. I have learned a lot from my students. They motivate me to improve and innovate.

Get to know each other, learn what the student goals are and how we can achieve them together.

Try to understand what the difficulty is, and find new strategies to teach such skill.

Have them start with simple books and try to build their confidence.

Being myself and keeping realistic goals with my students.
How would you help a student get excited/engaged with a subject that they are struggling in?
I would try anything and everything to motivate a student to learn.

I use repetition, asking questions, quizzes, and daily observations.

By talking to them and evaluating their performance each class.

I am very flexible and adaptable to any situation.

I used everything from books, websites, media, and my own creations.
