Greetings! I am a legal assistant for a criminal defense attorney in Richmond, Virginia. I received my Bachelor's, majoring in Biology, from Old Dominion University in 2014. As an undergraduate student, I completed an internship as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant for general biology. I also volunteered with the Norfolk Education Foundation as a Teacher's Assistant at W.H. Ruffner Academy. Currently, I attend Liberty University and Virginia Commonwealth University for higher level criminal justice and political certificate programs.
As a busy student, I am constantly seeking ways to adapt to seemingly ever-changing learning environments. Receiving my degree in Biology produced a challenge in regards to my present job and aspirations to become a lawyer. The transition has been inspiring, however, due to the confidence and satisfaction that results from learning. I am very excited to achieve the prideful feeling of knowing with you. I believe that with creatively utilizing our resources and focusing on our goals, we can learn anything!
