Upon obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Skidmore College, during which I tutored Mandarin for four years, I further pursued my Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College - Columbia University.
In addition to my four-year tutoring experience, I have a strong passion for teaching because of my personal philosophy and belief in life-long learning. I am currently working with the Organizational Development and Learning Department at one of the largest hospitals in the nation to help individuals further develop at the workplace.
I was born and raised in China until age 14 and attended a secondary school in Singapore for two years before I went to California for high school. After moving to the east coast for college, I studied abroad in Denmark for a semester. Therefore, I have experience working with diverse population.
Outside of work, I am a theater-goer who loves action movies. I am also a fan of arts and crafts.
