I graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School and am currently a sophomore in the Cooper Union Civil Engineering major. I have taken Calculus 1 and Calculus 2. I have a strong foundation of Calculus since I joined an intensive Calculus program in City College in my junior year in high school and got a 5 in AP calculus AB in my senior year. The math course in Cooper Union is very challenging, but that's what motivate me to do better. I have developed strategies to break down math problems into smaller pieces for my students to help them understand fundamental concepts. The smaller pieces are simple, and once the students understand the concept, they can apply it to any math problem.
