Hi, I'm Kathleen! Believe it or not, I once hated math (ugh!), so I understand how frustrating it can feel. Over time, I learned to approach it with patience and practiceand now I enjoy helping students discover that same "aha" moment when math finally clicks. Of course, Real Estate has been an adventure for me too. But the whole process of getting a family from the kitchen table to the closing table is an AMAZING feeling! It's the strategy of it and how I solved a problem for my clients.

When I'm not tutoring, I love spending time with my cocker spaniel, gardening, and exploring architecture. I bring that same curiosity and creativity into tutoring, encouraging students to see challenges as opportunities to grow. My goal is to make learning approachable, confidence-building, and even fun!
