I hold a Ph.D in Special Education with a focus on Autism from the University of North Texas at Dallas and bring 25 years of teaching experience, including 15 years working directly in special education. My teaching philosophy centers on meeting students where they are, building on their strengths, and fostering confidence through patience, encouragement, and evidence-based strategies.

I am passionate about helping students discover their potential and creating learning experiences that are both supportive and empowering. I believe that with the right tools and encouragement, every student can achieve their academic goals.
