As a tutor with a bachelor's degree in Mathematical Data Science from Dartmouth College, I have over 3 years of experience helping high school and college students excel in subjects ranging from Algebra to AP Statistics to academic writing. My philosophy is that teaching is most effective when it's a collaborative process, driven by thoughtful questions that foster critical thinking. I believe in catering my approach to suit each student's personal goals and needs. Through my role as a tutor and TA program director the Dartmouth Writing Center, I've been trained in supporting ESL and neurodivergent studentsas well as students with a variety of different learning stylesthrough individualized learning strategies. My goal is to empower students to develop and analytical approach to writing and problem-solving that allows them to explore new topics with confidence.
