With over two decades of experience in film production, visual storytelling, and teaching, I bring a unique creative approach to tutoring. My journey as a filmmaker, director, and lecturer has allowed me to mentor students from diverse backgrounds, helping them understand complex concepts through visual and practical learning. I believe education should be inspiring, interactive, and connected to real-world experiences.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Cinema from Columbia College Hollywood and have taught film direction, cinematography, and media studies at several respected universities, including the University of Dhaka, North South University, and Stamford University Bangladesh. Over the years, I've guided many aspiring filmmakers and students in developing confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
I tutor subjects related to film studies, video editing, media theory, creative writing, and visual communication. My favorite area to teach is film direction, Cinematography, and editing, because these disciplines combine both technical precision and artistic expression a balance that encourages students to see the world differently and express their ideas with clarity and creativity.
My teaching philosophy centers on patience, encouragement, and adaptability. Every student learns differently, and I strive to meet each one at their own level, building a supportive environment that promotes growth and curiosity.
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy photography, traveling, reading about history, and creating AI-generated music. I find that these pursuits continuously fuel my creativity and provide fresh perspectives that I bring into every lesson.
