I hold an associate's degree, a bachelor's degree, a master's in Higher Education from the University of Vermont, and a doctorate from North Dakota State University, along with SHRM-CP certification. Over the past 20 years in higher education, I've worked extensively with students in admissions, student affairs, intercultural engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusionexperiences that sharpened my ability to mentor, teach, and support learners across different backgrounds and goals.

Helping students discover their voice and clarity through writing is especially rewarding because it builds both academic success and confidence.
