I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science, where mathematics forms the foundation of everything I study and apply. Alongside my studies, I have worked with students in Grades 1 through 5, helping them develop confidence and a solid foundation in math. Whether it's strengthening number sense, practicing arithmetic, or introducing problem-solving strategies, I enjoy making math approachable and engaging for young learners.

Mathematics is my favorite subject to tutor because I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into clear, manageable steps that students can understand and build upon. I focus on patience, encouragement, and breaking down ideas into simple steps so that students not only understand the material but also build a positive relationship with math. I believe that a strong math foundation at an early age sets students up for success in later grades, and I strive to make learning fun and confidence-building.

Beyond academics, I enjoy problem-solving puzzles, exploring patterns in data, and staying active outdoors. These interests continually reinforce the creative and logical mindset I bring into every tutoring session, helping students see math as both useful and exciting.
