I enjoy a consistent routine that includes exercise, healthy food, adequate sleep, and yoga, as it helps me show up as the best version of myself. I find creative outlets like coloring, painting, making collages, or journaling important for thinking abstractly and expressing myself in different ways. I enjoy connecting with friends, family, and everyone in between—human connection is so important and a big reason why I love teaching! I consider myself a lifelong learner and take pride in being open-minded. I regularly listen to podcasts, watch videos, or read about new topics to gain fresh perspectives. I love learning just as much as I love teaching!
