As a recent CU Boulder graduate with a Bachelor's in neuroscience and a minor in biochemistry, I am passionate about tutoring students in science and mathematics - particularly through middle and high school levels. Additionally, my background as an emergency medical technician and pre-med student make me well suited to assist older students looking to pursue similar paths. My teaching experience includes peer tutoring and educating youth in various contexts, such as leading an EMS program and instructing elementary school art. I believe in adapting my teaching methods to meet each student's unique needs, fostering a supportive environment where they can thrive. I am dedicated to helping students grasp complex concepts through relatable analogies and hands-on learning, ensuring they feel confident in their abilities. My strong writing background also equips me to assist students with essay editing and scientific writing. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring the wonderful science our universe has to offer and engaging in community service activities.
