I am graduate of Randolph-Macon College with a Bachelor of Arts in English as well as a current Master of Arts student in American English at the University of South Carolina. As a writing tutor, I aim to teach and improve academic writing skills ranging from undergraduate to graduate level learning. I am interested in a range of topics, as I have experience with multiple types of papers, from dissertations to lab reports. My goal is to build confidence and problem solving skills in clients, helping them succeed in and outside of the classroom. I believe that honing writing skills is important for everyone. Everyone should be given the opportunity to understand the beauty of communication through writing. Whether a paper needs proofreading, a topic needs brainstorming, or a client needs to understand a grammatical concept, I am available to help.
