Outside of teaching, I have a variety of hobbies and interests that I love to share with my students. I enjoy reading—mostly fiction—and always have a good book nearby. I love to travel and have been lucky enough to visit eight countries so far, with many more on my list. One of my favorite daily activities is going on long walks with my German Shepherd, who keeps me active and entertained. During the summer, I make it a point to visit my local farmers market every week to enjoy fresh produce and support local vendors. These activities help me stay curious, relaxed, and inspired—qualities I bring into my teaching as well.
