From my time as a chemistry tutor during my undergraduate career, to my professional experience working as a First Year Experience graduate assistant, I have known that mentoring and fostering constructive relationships with others has been my life's purpose. Because of my time working as both an undergraduate and graduate research student, it is my sincere belief that educators must be engaging and dynamic in their instructional deliveries. Students should be active participants in their learning experiences, and they should be encouraged to solve problems through experimentation and inquiry.
