I'm an experienced educator with over 20 years of teaching writing, social sciences, history, and languages at the high school, college, and professional levels. I specialize in helping students build reading, writing, and critical thinking skills across subjects including High School English, Social Studies, AP Human Geography, AP World History, and Spanish.

I hold a Master of Arts in International Studies (MAIS) and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Washington. I'm also a recipient of the prestigious Boren Fellowship and a three time FLAS Fellowship awardee, awarded for advanced language and area studies.
