Hi, I'm Isela. I have a degree in Communication Sciences, a specialty in Organizational Communication and a Master's degree in Organizational Development. Oral and written communication are my specialty. I have taken many diplomas throughout my working career. I have held management positions in national and international companies. I have been involved as a trainer for almost 20 years and taught for three years. I am a lover of order and change, it sounds paradoxical but it is not, I consider it complementary.
