As someone who grew up in a small town in rural Missouri, I've always had a passion for exploring the world around me. From my early days as a kid on the farm, I loved learning about the different facets of agriculture and nature that intertwined the place I called home, and this naturally led me to explore majors in the life sciences. I am currently a biochemistry and psychological sciences student at the University of Missouri, where I am actively participating in research in the Durie Lab related to Legionella pneumophila. I am also involved on campus as a biology and chemistry tutor, as well as the president of the Mizzou Student Foundation. I have a passion to help others succeed, and I hope we can start a conversation so I can help you succeed in your academic and professional pursuits.
