I have been in the field of education for over 15 years. I received my bachelor's degree in history from the University of California, Riverside, my Master's in general education and multiple subject teaching credential from UCLA and my PhD in special education from University of California, Riverside
I have a passion for working with students of all ages, from elementary school to graduate school! Particularly in the subjects areas of reading, writing, literature, test preparation, and statistics. I have extensive experience working with neurodiverse students, including those with autism and learning disabilities (dyslexia and dyscalculia), and ADHD/ADD. In my free time I enjoy reading, teaching ballet class, and attending my daughter's gymnastics competitions.
