Helping people has always been a passion of mine. From a young age, I've found great satisfaction in guiding others to succeed. During high school, I participated in support sessions for my peers, particularly in math, to help them prepare for their final exams. Later, I informally assisted individuals in organizing and planning their work during three large, cross-disciplinary projects. This experience honed my ability to help others prioritize tasks and stay focused on achieving their goals.
Through these experiences, I discovered that my key strengths lie in understanding peopletheir thought processes, their areas for growth, and their unique strengths. These interpersonal skills became a foundation for my professional journey. As a teleconsultant and customer advisor, I further developed my ability to listen actively and connect with others to address their needs.
During my MBA program, I worked as a wealth management apprentice, where I honed my consultative and educational skills. My role involved meeting clients, assessing their financial situations, and tailoring advice to align with their goals. While my work had a commercial purpose, I approached it as a form of financial education, ensuring clients fully understood how my advice suited their unique circumstances. For me, a successful meeting was one where my clients left confident and informed about their decisions.
In terms of education, I hold:
An MBA in Wealth Management (20222024) from MBWAY Business School in Nantes, France (completed through an apprenticeship at Crdit Mutuel).
A Bachelor's Degree in Finance (20212022) from IAE Nantes (also completed through an apprenticeship at Crdit Mutuel).
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (20192021) with a focus on Negotiation and Digital Customer Relationship Management, earned at CFA Intelligence Apprentie Nantes (apprenticeship at La Banque Postale).
Since September, I have been studying at Kaplan International in Toronto to improve my English and become bilingual. This immersion has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and frustrations involved in learning a new language. More importantly, it has equipped me with effective strategies and techniques for success that I am eager to share with my students.
