Continual learning is crucial for staying dynamic and open to new opportunities. I find fulfillment in mentoring students and witnessing their growth and moments of discovery. As an educator for 12 years, I see the work as both thrilling and rewarding. I have taught med-surg nursing to ADN and LPN students and am currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology/Gerontology. I am open-minded in tutoring, encourage discussion, and find new ways to learn. My favorite subjects are emergency nursing, psychiatric nursing, and gerontology.
