I strongly believe that all students can learn. I have a Masters degree in Childhood Education and I have taught at the elementary level for 15 years. I have successfully developed and implement lessons based on individual student's need. I have worked to bridge the students' learning gaps based on the state's learning standards. I am patient and work to build the student's trust by cultivating a friendly environment where students are allowed to ask clarifying questions during the lesson.
