My interests and hobbies are diverse. After discovering my passion for law, I immersed myself in reading books to gain insight into legal literature beyond my prescribed university reading. I often find myself reading books on politics and judicial matters. During high school, I was invested in swimming and pursued the sport competitively, which taught me diligence, perseverance, and, most importantly, discipline. Initially inclined towards psychology, I spent my final year of high school exploring the subject beyond the course curriculum, founding and leading my school’s psychology club, and interning at Fortis Mental Healthcare. I was particularly interested in the scholarship of Sigmund Freud. Learning new languages is a significant part of how I spend my spare time. I am fluent in three languages taught in my school, and I also learned American Sign Language (ASL). Additionally, I spend much of my holiday time perfecting my Korean. During my elementary and secondary school years, I danced competitively and participated in debate competitions, creative writing contests, and poetry contests, gaining recognition in these areas. Reading self-development books has consistently allowed me to gain a better understanding of myself. My goals for the future involve becoming a commercial lawyer and working for international businesses, building a strong foundation through my current law degree.
