I am a Mechanical Engineer with more than 20 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain and everything in between. I've worked in Mexico and Canada. I've been a youth football coach, Bible School teacher for highschool students and Personal Coach for executives. But my biggest passion is mentoring supervisors and managers in the professional level to help them develop their own skills to be great leaders. I love spending my personal time with my family and friends, and watching the Green Bay Packers.
