With over 15 years of experience in middle school math and science, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment where every student can thrive. I currently teach 8th grade math and high school science while also providing targeted tutoring for students preparing for math standardized tests. My master's degree in Talented and Gifted Education from Arkansas State University enhances my ability to meet diverse learning needs. I believe in setting high expectations and guiding students to reach their full potential, especially in the wake of the challenges posed by Covid. Recognized as Teacher of the Year in 2018, I am passionate about empowering students through personalized instruction and continuous encouragement. Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring innovative educational methods and staying current with advancements in pedagogy.
