I am a second-year student studying BA in English Literature at Queen Mary University of London. I have over a year's worth of tutoring experience, both 1-1 and group sessions, with students of ages 4-16 in subjects such as Maths and English, and for 11+ preparation. As someone whose education was personally disrupted amid the pandemic, it is a passion of mine to help students regain their confidence and improve academically. Working on academic weaknesses can be tedious, thus my teaching approach ensures student engagement and enjoyment in lessons. I always aim to simultaneously improve their weaknesses and boost their academic strengths to maintain their confidence. In my spare time, I enjoy going on walks and exploring different cuisines.
