I am a graduate of Buena Vista University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and History. My time in university was spent reading book after book and writing essay after essay. My experience not only as a student but as a tutor at Southeastern Community College allows me to work well with students needing assistance in academic or creative writing. I'm also very passionate about history. I'm well versed in World, American, and intellectual history. My personal belief is if you can find something that interests you, it becomes easier to learn and study. As a tutor it is my goal and mission to help students find that interest and push them to explore, as well as develop the skills and passion to continue in their own studies.
