I have done my Masters in Geography from Mumbai University (India). I have received two Bachelor degrees, one in Education and the other one in Arts majoring Geography. After graduation, I have been a teacher, tutoring children of multiple ethnic backgrounds in India, Dubai and UK. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Geography, English.
I believe Great communication doesn't stop when the teacher is done talking. Listening well is one of the most important skills needed to be a teacher.
Teachers that are skilled in listening and observing often pick up on what isn't being said, such as any anxieties a student may have, and can then help the student build their skills and confidence levels.
