I am a graduate of Aberystwyth University in the United Kingdom. I received my BA in History with a focus on economics, an MA in politics with a focus on political economy and a PhD in the history of culture, particularly theatre, literature and film. I have worked as a teacher for 10 years, rising to be Head of Faculty and Head of Year within two years and teaching in one of Britain's leading international schools where I learned to help children improve their English. I now tutor students across Europe, North America and the Far East. I can tutor in English, Politics and History, although my first love is History because it's the subject that contains just a little bit of every other subject within it. I am passionate about helping children achieve their dreams and I also believe learning is great fun for its own sake. In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, reading and hill-walking. I am also a professional musician (organist, singer and conductor) with a busy schedule of engagements across the English midlands and into Wales.
