I have recently graduated from the University of Nottingham with a First-Class Joint Honours in English and History. During my time at university, I have been working part-time as an online tutor and have successfully taught English, History, Essay Writing skills and more from primary to GCSE level.

I am a highly motivated, committed and student-focused tutor and am passionate about sharing my enthusiasm for education with young learners.

Having worked with a variety of students, with a range of learning abilities, I understand the importance of accommodating for different learning styles. As a result, I have adopted a creative and flexible teaching style- which uses engaging activities, video clips and discussion alongside books- to inspire a genuine interest in my students and in turn, to help them achieve their full potential. The care and responsibility I feel towards my students is reflected through the enthusiastic and patient guidance that I offer, ending each session with a reflective discussion.
