I am currently in my 6th year teaching middle school Earth/Space Science! Before the classroom, I worked for an outdoor education company in Rhode Island, the ski school for Aspen Skiing Company, and various summer camps from Colorado, North Carolina, to Florida. I have a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of West Florida and a master's in Science Education from the University of Georgia. I am extremely passionate about showing students how the earth changes through natural processes and those processes are why we are able to enjoy beaches, climb mountains, etc. I am certified in Earth/Space Science 6-12 and General Science 5-9; however, I could be of assistance in other middle/early grades subjects as well.
