I am a graduate of Brunel University. I received my Bachelor of Science with a focus on Exercise and Fitness. Since graduation, I have obtained my Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Exercise to Music and GP referral qualifications. Whilst I do not hold any specific teaching qualifications, I do strongly believe my passion for these topics allows me to be able to teach others. I have helped fellow colleagues pass various exams within the work place. While I do have an interest in a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Sports, Exercise, Nutrition and Human Biology. In my experience helping struggling students prepare for assignments, exams and other various assessments, we will always find a way to bring the concept of fun and relatability to the topic. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading that which enriches my life and is an escapism, walking, various sports, and developing my understanding about the topics I am most fond of. I have recently gained my cardiac rehabilitation qualification. You never stop learning.
