I am a full-time chemistry professor at Baton Rouge Community College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I have a doctorate degree in Chemistry and a Master's degree in Teaching. My education and teaching experience prepared me to be a highly effective chemistry tutor. Although I teach college students, I also enjoy teaching younger kids. I have taught math classes in various grade levels at Sylvan Learning Center. I found out from my experience at the learning center that kids respond to to you if you build a personal connection with them. I absolutely enjoyed this teaching experience that's why I joined Varsity Tutors.
