I have a BA in Theatre Arts from Flagler College and an MFA from the FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training. With my training as an actor, I use a mindfulness approach with a focus on presence, awareness, listening and compassion, and an understanding that everyone learns differently. I believe the best learning comes from a patient, supportive structure when facing challenges, which I strive to be!
