I hold a Communication degree from Salem College, with expertise in multi-disciplinary projects, mass media, marketing, filmmaking, and non-profit fundraising campaigns, having produced and edited two documentary films. For over a decade, I've served as a K-12 substitute teacher in Winston-Salem/Forsyth County and Davidson County Schools. Since 2019, I've tutored students on Varsity Tutors, developing success strategies to foster confidence and a growth mindset. I've also taught over 4,800 ESL classes to Chinese students, tailoring lessons to enhance language skills and engagement. I'm dedicated to helping students uncover personalized learning approaches to achieve their full potential.
