I received my MA in clinical psychology and have been teaching clinical courses at Rutgers university for the past 15 years. Prior to that I worked with various populations and in many positions within the field of psychology such as in the court system, schools, and as a therapist. I was also involved in the de-institutionalization of long-term psychiatric patients from the state hospitals.
For me, psychology has always been a fascinating subject. I am currently finishing up a PhD program in psychology with emphasis in cognition and education.
I authored an online text book on child and adolescent psychopathology in 2018 which I used in my courses that I taught. Aside from psychology, I enjoy the process of writing as well as history, art, and films. I am now looking forward to tutoring students online at Varsity!
