I am a graduate of Quinnipiac University. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Environmental Science. After graduation, I earned a Master of Public Health degree from Yale University with a focus on statistics and public health. I found that my passion was helping others learn and discover their true potential. I started tutoring Algebra and Science and went on to earn a Master of Arts in Teaching from Goucher College with a focus in High School Science and Special Education. I have taught high school science for about 15 years and have tutored Algebra privately. I am most passionate about the life and physical sciences. I enjoy helping struggling students have fun while learning science concepts and math skills. I believe that once a person becomes a confident student, he or she will enjoy being a life-long learner. In my free time, I enjoy reading, power walks, and gardening.
