I am a rising sophomore at Yale University. I am a prospective Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry major who hopes to one day attend medical school. Since high school, I have enjoyed tutoring a wide range of subjects, especially mathematics and chemistry. I enjoy tutoring all areas of mathematics, including SAT math, algebra I, algebra II/trigonometry, geometry, pre-calculus, calculus, and competition math. I am also passionate about teaching high school chemistry and AP chemistry.

In college, as a board member of MATHCOUNTS Outreach, I go to local middle schools every week to teach competition math. Furthermore, I am the director of Yale Splash, a program in which undergraduates can teach 7-12th graders about any subject.

Tutoring is very important to me because I believe a solid education can open millions of career opportunities. Not only is school important because it can help you find a job, but it can also give you a better understanding of the world around you. I think that staying intellectually curious is extremely important, and people should always keep learning.
